  • Can I get fired from this job? - Yes, if you are a B or C level rep. (See levels of sales rep's below)

Level's of sales rep's

  • S - God Tier: A rep who will knock 100+ doors a day, or if a rep has worked 10 hours and reached 90 doors, they will put in the extra effort to knock 10 more doors if the quota for the day is 100. This rep is willing to do whatever it takes, carrying themselves with integrity, a strong work ethic, professionalism, and is RELIABLE above all.

  • A - Great Rep: A rep who consistently puts in effort every day. They will represent the client well but may stop at 90 doors instead of 100. This rep also carries themselves with integrity, a strong work ethic, professionalism, and is RELIABLE above all.

  • B - Decent Rep: A rep who works until they feel they’ve done enough. They have some work ethic, can be relied upon to work 4-5 hours a day, are somewhat motivated, and will do what is asked but will not go above and beyond.

  • C - Bad Rep: A rep who may or may not show up for work, does not carry themselves in a professional manner, needs to be pushed out the door to work, or might take this opportunity to support RFK over Trump.

Reps at B, and C levels could be terminated based on client demand. The client is paying for high-performing workers—this is a performance-based job, and not everyone gets a trophy.
